This Quality made Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers is in great condition, with no Shrinkage splits to the Sides or the Top, which is all to common these days, however there are Four strip Indentations from the back to the front on the Top as shown, probably from a heavy TV or something for years, it has not weakened or broken the surface of this strong solid chest, which has an Ogee Edged Rectangular Top above Two Small Drawers over Three Large Graduated Drawers below, all running smooth of Dovetailed Construction with Oak Liners, fitted with Brass Escutcheon's and Handles, flanked either side by Two Reeded Columns all supported on Bracket Feet. This really is a Solid, beautiful well made piece of useful antique furniture, the top does not detract from the overall look of this chest, just adds character and charm.
