Good 18th century George III mahogany double sided writing desk or table. Square tapered legs with original brass castors. Two drawers which are oak lined and have their original early brass locks. Matching dummy drawers to the back. All have their superb original gilded brass square swan neck handles.

Astragal moulded decoration around the base and legs.

Leather top is a new replacement as the old one was completely worn out.

Lovely colour and patination from years of waxing. Very nice piece of free standing Georgian antique furniture.
