Circa 1860, copy of George III serpentine front and banded satinwood chest. The satinwood top has walnut and satinwood banding surrounded by further kingwood banding and various string inlay. It sits above a configuration of 2 short drawers about 4 long drawers, all serpentine fronts and with cast brass oval handles. The sides give the impression of a framed pilaster by banding and it all stands on bracket feet.
