This a very substantial and imposing George III style wingback armchair that dates from the mid Victorian period, circa 1860. The large, good quality chair has a really attractive shape, with a very high back, large curved wings to the sides and scrolling outswept arms. This is of sound construction with a good solid frame and stout, imposing solid mahogany ball and claw legs. It is a most comfortable seat, ready to be reupholstered in your own fabric of choice.
The large chair measures 106 cms high,84 cms wide by 72 cms deep. The seat measures 53 cms between the arms, 48 cms deep and the height is 43 cms from the floor.
UK courier delivery can be arranged and costs £55 plus vat.
