French Walnut Kneehole Desk.
A very good looking kneehole desk in walnut with tooled leather top. This French desk has a lovely shape to it with the serpentine front and flowing shaped drawers. Super quality too, it not a light desk to lift.
It has a well detailed cabriole leg, as can be seen in the pictures. This desk has been cleaned and rewaxed so is in very good tidy condition, although the leather has some scuffing it is certainly most useable and looks great with the double tooling. The handles are of course original and it has a key which does work the locks, an added bonus. All in all a rare desk of very nice quality in nice tidy condition ready to go into service........ Sorry now Sold We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
