French Slate Mantel Clock
A nice quality Victorian black slate mantel antique clock with brass pillars to the sides and brass finials to the top of the antique clock. The clock dial is white enamel with black Roman numerals, this is surrounded by a cast brass outer ring and bezel. This piece has an 8-day mechanical movement striking on a gong which has been serviced and is in a fully working condition. The movement is by Japys Freres & Co Paris. NB some chips to the case and cracks to the enamel dial, please see the images. ST-65
