Circa 1880, French serpentine front inlaid and crossbanded walnut desk, with a pull out writing slide above one long drawer with 2 short on either side with original cast ormolu handles. Standing on cabriole legs mounted with ormolu sabots. Lovely mellow colour and excellent condition.
