French Art Deco Clock "The Reader" Chiparus 1930s
Original French art deco marble mantle antique clock "The Reader" by Demetre Chiparus, together with garnitures.
Working order.
Demétre Haralamb Chiparus (16 September 1886 – 22 January 1947) was a Romanian Art Deco era sculptor who lived and worked in Paris, France. He was one of the most important sculptors of the Art Deco era.
Condition: Some patina wear to girl and one or two tiny chips to marble.
