Fine Turkish Silk Rug / Carpet handwoven persian fine %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
This is a fine quality handwoven silk carpet with a tasteful colour palette which dates from the mid 20th century. The silk carpet is woven on cotton and a wheat coloured lozenge field around a rich terracotta stellar medallion framed by deep indigo spandrels and narrow floral borders. The silk carpet is a good size measuring 185 cms by 122 cms and is in excellent condition throughout. It is clean and ready to use.
