A superior quality late 19th century satinwood revolving bookcase from the renown workshops of James Shoolbred of London (Reg. 1317). The top having a superb figured satinwood centre within a cross banded border separated by kingwood banding between subtle boxwood and ebony line inlay. The side sections with book shelves and open fret work panels with ebony line inlay. The bookcase revolves on a square base with further ebony stringing and is supported on four short cabriole legs with shaped frieze. Condition - Fine with superb patina. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55. Dimensions:- Height…30.25’’/ 77cm. Width…21’’/ 53.5cm. Depth…21’’/ 53.5cm.
