Ercol drop leaf table in Golden Dawn finish, originally designed in the mid-1950s and continues to be a popular classic Ercol piece with clean lines that blend well in modern interiors.
Raised on splayed tapering beech legs with a solid elm top (designed to seat 6 people) converts from an oblong to a circular / oval by means of the two semi-circular leaves supported by sturdy pull-out metal rods and beech blocks.
The set of four instantly recognisable classic Ercol Model 369 Goldsmith chairs in the Golden Dawn finish. Made from solid beech and elm with elegantly sloping back rests of 5 spindles and 2 turned columns rising to a distinctively shaped back rail and the seat is pierced by the traditional Ercol turned and outwards sloping legs with an H stretcher.
Table is in very good, used condition and the chairs are in excellent, vintage condition.
Table Dimensions: H 28”/ 71cm, W 44”/112cm, L25”/63 cm leaves closed and fully open L49”/124cm.
