A very smart and elegant photo frame made from English sterling silver with a magnificent engine turned decoration incorporating a shaped vacant cartouche at the bottom.

The back is made from solid English Oak, with a folding easel stand. The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1927, Art Deco in era' the maker's initials are also present for the well renowned silversmith, Samuel M Levi.

The overall size measures 5 3/4" tall x 4" with the glazed aperture measuring 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". Excellent condition.
