A good Edwardian period Sheraton revival satinwood chest of drawers. The serpentine shaped front with 2 short and 3 long drawers all having hand painted colourful floral swags and ribbons with inset stained sycamore cross banding between boxwood and ebony stringing. Retaining the original ornate oval brass plate ring handles and brass locks with keys. The top with matching inset cross banding and the ends with further hand painted decoration. The whole standing on a shaped and moulded plinth base. In very good condition with a wonderful patina and mahogany lined. Sizes- Width..48''..122cm. Height..42''..107cm. Max.Depth..21''..53.5cm.
