Very pretty early 19th.c. French cherry wood dresser base c.1820. A little larger than many we see and standing nearly four feet tall. Two plank top with cleated ends and plate groove over three drawers and a large two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf inside. Lovely honey coloured cherry timbers and a beautiful decorative front with delightful and extensive floral carvings. Shaped door panels and apron, raised short cabriole front legs. Large brass knobs, escutcheon plates and hinges. Chestnut drawer linings and backboards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
