Early 19th Century Scottish Silver Toddy Ladle Scottish Silver Toddy %%alt5%%
Good early 19th century Scottish Sterling silver and whale bone handled toddy ladle by GEORGE FENWICK of EDINBURGH. The whale bone handle is in good order and has its original silver tip which is often missing. The bowl has a lipped rim and apart from being slightly off round is in good order with the makers mark to the centre. A couple of very minor dings otherwise good for age.

Marked ones of these are not common as most found are totally un-marked.

SIZE 14" long, the bowl 2 1/2" diameter
