A vintage Stratton compact case with mirror which is ideal for Rimmel Stay Matte, Max Factor Creme Puff and all standard sizes of compressed face powder. The compact is in good condition. The lid is decorated with stylized foliage in gilt, silver and an autumnal red. The mirror gives a good, clear and accurate reflection.The hinge and clasp work perfectly. The base has an engine turned design. The compact comes with a pristine velvet pouch and a clean new puff. Measures 3 1/8" and weighs 78.5 grams.
