Charming Georgian Oak Low-Boy c1750
-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-
A charming light oak lowboy.
George II- c1750.
Of rectangular form, with the top having a moulded edge, two plank top, which then deeply overhangs the sides.
Over an arrangement of three oak lined moulded edge drawers, each with cross-banded decoration. Having a single long drawer to the top, with two small drawers below.
Pretty curved and shaped apron and sides.
Standing on cabriole, club-foot supports.
Original handles.
Wonderful rich, warm colour and patina.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
In excellent antique original condition.
