This fabulous little ruby ring has a ruby approx 0.60 points of a carat set in 18 carat yellow gold then surrounded by diamonds all set in platinum. The diamonds total approx. 0.75 of a carat. The cluster measures 10.60 mm across. The band is 18 carat yellow gold. The ring size is I but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
