A very good Georgian style burr walnut sofa table. Of good construction in solid walnut with burr walnut veneers. We have had this table sympathetically refinished to a very high standard, it has a wonderful warm colour and patina. The pair of drawers are fitted with its original brass handles. The flaps lift up into place and are held there by loppers. The top and the drawer fronts are cross banded. It is finished to the rear so could be free-standing within a room , or sit against a wall. This lovely table could be used in a range of different room settings within the modern home. It is offered for sale in excellent condition.
