An excellent burr walnut lamp, or side, table in the Queen Anne style. Very well constructed in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers onto an oak carcas. Of serpentine form and finished to the rear so it could be free-standing within a room if desired. The top is cross banded and sits over an arrangement of 3 drawers , each fitted with their original solid brass hardware. The central drawer is lockable (key supplied). All standing on elegant cabriole legs which terminate in pad feet. Bearing the original makers stamp for Muirhead Moffat & Co of Glasgow. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a warm colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
