Attractive Small Antique Mahogany Writing Table
A lovely mahogany writing table. We date this table to the early 20th century.
The table sits on four long slender downward tapered square section legs with a H stretcher.
The table is fitted with two drawers. The drawers are fitted with circular drop handles on decorative backplates. The table top is fitted with a leather writing area.
The table has an overall height of 30" (76cm), a width of 36" (92cm) and a depth of 21" (54cm).
This lovely mahogany writing table remains in very good solid condition. The writing area has a few minor marks from past use and there is some minor wear to the bottom stretchers.
This remains a very stylish and elegant antique mahogany writing table which could function equally well as a hall or side table, a small writing desk or as a small dressing table. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
