Attractive Antique Mahogany Corner Chair Armchair
An attractive mahogany corner chair. We date this chair to the very early 20th century.
The chair sits on four cabriole legs with a cross bar stretcher below.
The chair has a seat pad that has a rounded shape to the front and has been upholstered in a red coloured floral tapestry.
The rounded backrest has two open fretwork splats
The chair has a height of 28.5" (73cm), a side width of 23" (57cm), a backrest height of 12" (31cm), a seat height of 16" (41cm) and a diagonal seat width of 19" (48cm) (between the armrests).
This attractive corner chair remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface wear marks commensurate with age and usage.
This remains a very stylish and elegant corner chair. It is both comfortable and supportive to sit on and will continue to provide rest and relaxation for many years to come.
