A classic Liberty & Co Cotswold fireside chair, c1900. Made of beech, decorative back splats based on Scottish School design, low rush seat, classic side rails. Note that these chairs were made low to keep the occupant closer to the fire. In unrestored original condition, structurally sound, but some slight movement in the legs (front to back). Rush seat in good condition.
