Rare Art Deco Extreme Modernist Streamline Chrome Table Lamp.
A superb and rare extreme modernist Art Deco chrome and enamel table lamp complete with matching geometric starburst frosted glass shade.
A highly striking and scarce design, the cluster of square section tubes are projected at right angles from its stepped circular base and supported by an embossed and enamelled segmented disc.
Symbolising streamline design modernism the lamp evokes true machine age spirit and is a rarely seen highly coveted example.
Condition: In superb original condition with no degradation to the chrome plating, it retains its original gallery and shade and is complete with its switched lamp holder. The lamp has been rewired with vintage style black silk twist flex and is in full working order, ready to install.
Size: 43cm maximum height.
