A large, well made pine saddle stand, likely dating from mid to late 19th century.
Simple, traditional design, likely to be estate made for country house tack room.
In good, original condition with lovely aged patina. Usual signs of age and use, but no major damage, and solid construction.
It has vintage steel castors which are a later addition.
