A fantastic antique Victorian leather top pedestal desk in walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-1900 period.

It is of great quality, with stunning burr walnut grain patterns on the drawer fronts, and figured walnut on the rest of the carcass. There is a beautiful hand coloured green leather top with tooled edges, the top is also cross banded with walnut. The back is nicely polished, so this can be used as a free standing item. It breaks down into three pieces for ease of transport.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There are just some very minor marks and signs of historical wear beneath the polish here and there.
