Antique Regency Mahogany Demi Lune Table c1820
Antique Regency Mahogany Demi Lune Table and dating from around 1820. Constructed form quality medium mahogany it has a cross banded edge to the top which is finely strung with ebony and above a deep frieze skirt also with fine stringing. To the centre is the unusual feature of a secret frieze drawer ( see photo). It stands on squared and tapering legs on brass shoe castors.
