This is a charming, English oak, antique side table dating to the turn of the 19th century, circa 1800.

Displaying an aged patina and good grain in the warm tones of the English oak
The top decorated with a carved three-quarter border of stylised foliate detail
To the centre, a diamond foliate carving typical of the period

Raised on ring turned legs terminating in later ball feet
United by a box stretcher decorated with typical lunette carvings
Lunette carvings repeated on the frieze drawer dressed with turned pulls
