Antique Georgian Mahogany Fold Over Tea Table
A fabulous Georgian mahogany fold over tea table raised on striking spool turned legs leading to original brass castors. The double gated back opens smoothly to support the table top when opened into its lovely square format. When closed the piece makes for a stunning console table.
Very good overall condition, structurally all in good order with lots of attractive age related surface wear and patina, particularly to the table top in the closed position. There is some evidence of old woodworm to the back of the table when in the closed position but this is not visible when against the wall or when the table is open.
