Antique George III oak Welsh dresser
Superb Welsh oak dresser.
Late 1700's George III.
Cottage sized, it measures 182.5cms wide by 171cms tall by 44cms deep.
The base has two cupboard and a central fixed panel under three drawers with brass handles.
The cupboard doors have brass knobs but these have replaced earlier handles.
The doors both have simple oak stops to stop them pushing inwards.
One of the drawer handles has been replaced and hangs slightly lower than the rest,
Hand cut scalloped cornice.
The back boards are replacements top and bottom, these are 9" stained pine boards.
The lowest shelf on the rack is a newer stained pine addition,
The middle drawer has had it's base replaced with pine.
The right hand drawer has some woodworm holes and damage but it has been treated and is solid and sturdy.
The bottom cupboard is open with no shelves.
Both back legs have been replaced, UK palletised shipping available
