A handsome little travel inkwell covered in leather. To the front is the concealed button which when pressed opens the lid to reveal the fitted interior comprising an inkwell and pen nib wipe.

The top of the ink chamber is opened with a little lever to the front, once opened the little glass inkwell is revealed. The interior retains it's original gilded finish and engraved decoration.

Victorian in era, dating to around 1890. Excellent condition, measuring 2" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" tall.
