A very smart and elegant photograph frame made from English sterling silver fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1919, a true antique example. The maker's mark is also present for the well renowned silversmith, James Dixon and Sons.

Beautifully finished with the silver angled toward the glazed aperture giving a fine quality detailing.

The back is made from solid English Oak with a highly desirable two-way easel stand allowing the frame to be used in either a portrait or landscape configuration.

A good size measuring 10 1/4" tall x 8 3/8" wide x 3/4" with the glazed aperture measuring 7 3/4" x 5 3/4". Excellent condition.
