Antique English Silver Ring Box For Two Rings
A charming little ring box made to accommodate two rings and made from English sterling silver. The box is in the form of a domed trunk with a figural repousse scene to the top and embossed around the sides.
The front is where the full English hallmark can be found for the highly collectible Chester assay office and the year 1909, Edwardian in era. The makers mark is also present for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.
The lid fits well and when opened reveals a fitted interior lined in a deep purple velvet.
Excellent condition, measuring 2 1/8" x 1 1/8" x 1 1/2" tall.
