Absolutely Gorgeous Antique Edwardian Mahogany Library Armchair in the Chippendale Style and dating from aorund 1900. Please Note that it may look as if there is some fading to the fabric unfortunately this is the lighting in the camera......There is NO fading to the fabric at all.
It has a high deeply upholstered backrest and upholstered armrests on shaped Acanthus leaf carved supports and with a deep upholstered seat and standing on superb heavy cabriole legs carved with Acanthus leaf on a claw and ball foot.
It is covered in a quality damask. A most attractive chair.
