A Victorian Solid Oak Welsh Dresser

The dresser is an 19th Century piece, it has two doors to the base with large drawers inside, hidden behind them and a shelved plate rack on the top
The shelved part of the dresser has three shelves with plate rails, a wide moulded cornice and a scalloped frieze at the bottom where it joins the base
The base cupboard has fittings for shelves but these are not present in one side, it does however have a drawer in each side, one for cutlery and the other for linen, it stands on small bracket feet
The door fronts are panelled with brass ring handles and escutcheons, the cupboard locks and we have the key
This is a real early country piece would work well in a Victorian Farmhouse Kitchen or Living Room,
This attractive dresser is soundly constructed it has no loose joints or wobbles, it comes into 2 pieces for transport and as it does not have backboards would probably be best if the top was fixed to the wall

The Dresser is 59” wide, 23”deep and 80”high, it will disassemble for transportation
