A Mid 19th Century Mahogany Drum Table drum table leather %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
Raised on a tripod base with original castors, the frieze has 4 mahogany lined drawers, with original locks and turned wooden knobs and 4 dummy drawers above which is a banded top with leather inset writing surface, all in good quality mahogany. 760mm high and 1160mm diameter. Circa 1860. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries. Now under the stewardship of Mark and his wife, Louise, we take pride in maintaining the high standards which William set more than 50 years ago.
