A Late 17th Century Hall Chair.
A late 17th century oak hall chair ,having carved S scrolls and rosettes with crown details graduating from the front high stretcher to the top crest rail. The centre of the back has a later fielded panel set within a moulded frame, originally this would have had a caned panel.
The chair has some later restorations commensurate with age, but has a fabulous patina and is in excellent condition.
