A Elegant Pair of Georgian Scottish Toddy Ladles


This is a elegant pair of Scottish Silver Toddy Ladles which have a lovely bow shape to the handles.
The ladles weigh 42.5g (pair)and measure 160mm from the bowl to the tip of the handle and 37mm across the bowl.
Made by Silversmith John Zeigler of Edinburgh with thistle and duty mark, no date letter or town mark.(J.Zeigler makers mark 1800-1809)
The ladles are in excellent condition with no damage.
