A superb 22Ct Gold Sovereign Pendant with 9ct box chain dated 1901.
The Sovereign is set in a 9ct gold mount and displays Queen Victoria Veiled Head and the words VICTORIA.DEI.GRA.BRITT.REGINA.FID.DEF.IND.IMP
The reverse side displays St George slaying a dragon and has the date 1901
Queen Victoria Veiled Head St. George Reverse Sovereigns were minted between 1893 and 1901 until Queen Victoria's death.
The mint mark P for Perth can be seen just above the date
These type of coins are considered quite rare.

Dimensions - Coin 2.3cm diameter.
