A fabulous 19th Century mahogany topped tavern table with a decorative cast iron base, painted in the original dull gold paint. The top is a beautiful mellow colour and it has only needed a clean and wax. The condition is good, there are a few marks and blemishes which you would expect with an antique piece, these can be seen in the photograph. The base is bolted together with iron bolts. This is a useful and very attractive piece which would enhance any scheme as a side or hall table.
