Stamped James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield.
This company was a world leader in the 19th century for manufacturing shooting accessories and exported many shot flasks to America.
Stamped with the letter P for Powys Castle Estate.
Approximate dimensions: 22cm long, weight 114.2g.
The leather is in good condition still feeling supple.
