A characterful 19th century open armchair in solid oak, with reeded back rails and down-swept arms on turned supports. The seat is solid and it stands on square legs with straight stretchers for support. Overall a good honest and very sturdy chair that would make a great desk chair.

Very Solid. Some old splits, wear and marks commensurate with age. Some splits to the seat (but solid).Some old worm holes to the bottom of the back legs which have been treated with worm killer as a precaution.
