19th Century Welsh Carved Oak Swivelling Desk Chair

The Chair has an attractive curved and Carved back top rail, with carved slats and curving round to form the Arm Rests.
This is a Celtic piece, there are Welsh Dragons carved on the back rail and the faces of Celtic warriors make centre the back rest, the legs too have carved faces of the green man
The chair has new brown leather upholstery
This Very Unusual Chair is in good sound condition with only minor dings to be expected on a piece this age and the seat swivels on brass rollers
The back of the chair is 32” from the ground, the seat height is 17” and it is 27” in diameter
