A bronzed gilt metal and glass peacock lamp, circa 1920's, standing on a tree stump and rectangular stepped plinth, displaying its feathers in facet cut clear, amber, green and blue glass.

Historic note: A similar lamp appeared in the film Separate Tables, 1958, starring David Niven.
