18th Century Irish Silver Bright Cut Teaspoon

Here we have for sale a delightful late 18th century Irish silver Old English pattern bright cut edge teaspoon, this particular spoon is possibly a late 18th Century duty dodger, the spoon itself is overall very good condition with a particularly fine bowl, however the marks are barely visible and seem peculiar, only the outline of the harp and Hibernia mark and poorly marked sponsor mark.
The details are as follows:
Silversmiths: Unknown
Year of manufacture: Unown, spoon lacks a date letter and also a duty the mark, the duty mark wasn't introduced in Ireland until 1807.
Assay Office: Dublin?
Dimensions:
Length:
Weight:
This is a dainty and delightful spoon, it has a gorgeous design and are nice to hold and lovely to look at and is a practical piece of silver flatware too. This would make a fabulous addition to your silver collection, or would be a thoughtful and special Birthday or Anniversary gift for a loved one, or a great gift for mother's day.
Condition report
In very good condition for its age of approximately 230 years, just the usual age related tarnish marks and surface scratches. Free Postage Within the U.K.
