Description

A lovely horn snuff mull with silver mounted lid. A monogrammed disc on the lid reads J S, presumably the very first owner nearly 200 years ago. Not hallmarked but they rarely are, we'll call it white metal but when used to the feel, you know, it's like feeling sycamore or yew wood.
Date19th Century : 2nd quarter 19th century. DimensionsDiagonally 3 1/2", 1 1/2" across the lid. ConditionGood sound order, a good looking item.
