A very hard to find 1950's New Zealand Shipping Co Ltd milk jug and sugar bowl, designed by Edward Bawden for Wedgwood and for exclusive use by first class passengers. One of only 2 ceramic designs by Bawden for Wedgwood, the other being Hearsease. No chips, cracks, pattern loss, crazing or hairlines, just a very tiny glaze rub to the top rim of the sugar bowl.Jug 7cm
