Description
WW1 Very Unusual Army Ordnance Corps Wall Mountable Pipe Tamper/Match Holder. Made from a shell casing and a large piece of copper, it has the the 3 cannon Royal Ordnance Badge, and Army Ordnance Shoulder badge used to make the piece. The item dates before 1918 as in 1918 it became the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.Measures 17.2 cm High and 8.6 cm at its widest point.
