A lovely unusual piece of pressed metal work, which a forms a 3d portrait of The Right Hon Joseph Chamberlain, I think he item is made from pressed tin and is still housed in its original frame, and it does have a makers mark which I think reads T J O & co. A lovely piece of political history.
