Description

This is an exquisite antique, early 20th century Chinese embossed silver hexagonal pot by Wang Hing.

Richly decorated on each side, with a dragon, blossoms, bamboo plants, a fisherman and 2 inscriptions.

Not quite sure what it was used for - possibly trinkets. I bought it as a ‘lucky pot’.

Whether it is or not, it’s surely a rare, beautifully crafted and unique piece.

It’s 4 cm tall & 5 - 5.8 cm wide on the top (depending on how you measure it).

Weight: 34.2 grams

A highly collectable maker & piece in very good condition for age.
